We're based in Sholinganallur and most of our orders go to sites on OMR, ECR, and the corridor between them — which makes sense given South Chennai is where most new residential and commercial construction is happening.

Why South Chennai (and where we go next)
Chennai's south side has the highest density of active construction — residential apartments along OMR, villas on ECR, commercial development around Tidel Park / Sholinganallur tech corridor. That's where our 60-minute promise actually holds.
Outside this base, traffic is the main variable. Anywhere on the West Tambaram side adds 30-60 minutes during peak hours.

For very large orders (truckloads of cement / sand / aggregates, 2+ tonnes of TMT), we schedule the delivery — usually same-day, often within 4 hours of order confirmation.

Bulk quote form — for large or complex BOMs, use the bulk quote form on our homepage. We'll email a detailed quote with line items, taxes, delivery, payment terms.
Delivery vehicles and capacity
We use a mix:
- Small trucks (Tata Ace / Mahindra Bolero Pickup) — for orders up to 1 tonne. Fits 25-30 cement bags, 100-200 bricks, or assorted small items.
- Mid-size trucks (Tata 407 / Eicher Pro 1049) — for orders up to 3 tonnes. Standard truckload of cement (60 bags) or AAC blocks.
- Larger trucks (12-tonne / tipper) — for sand, aggregates, large block orders.
Cement and dry materials are covered with tarp regardless of weather.
Payment options
- UPI — instant, no fees, fastest. PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM — all work.
- Bank transfer / RTGS — for bulk orders, payment terms negotiable.
- Cash on delivery — for small orders only, by prior arrangement.
- Credit terms — available for regular contractors after KYC. Ask us.
Returns and damage
- Damaged-in-transit goods are replaced free or refunded — report within 2 hours of delivery with a photo.
- Wrong-spec items sent (our error) are exchanged free, fastest delivery slot.
- Unused materials that are in original packaging — returns accepted within 24 hours, 10% restocking fee for opened categories.
